Angel Muriel Angel of Emotional Awareness Over time, the Spirits became less concerned with the portrayal of the figure than with the idea of the figure as it disintegrated and much of the surface area was broken away. On their deteriorating exterior surfaces the pieces shows evidence of our material reality. They began to take on a layered appearance that represent the masks and walls that our different personalities hide behind.
